We begin with the Indian cashew.
India's coastal cashew belt produces a kernel that is denser and milky-sweet, with a crunch you can hear — and the country's hand-grading tradition is still the most exacting in the world.

Our approach
Why we started in India
Purely Nuts was built on a simple rule: go to the orchard that grows each nut best, and take only the top grade. For cashews, that search ended along India's western coast, where the harvest has been graded by hand for generations and W-grade whole kernels are the benchmark the rest of the world is measured against.
We work directly with those growers, take only the premium whole kernels, and seal every small lot fresh. No roasting, no oils, no fillers. Indian cashews are our first launch — the same standard will decide every orchard we go to next.
